Does BipperKids work on prepaid phones?

The BipperKids app can be downloaded on any smart phone, no matter if it is linked to a prepaid or postpaid account. The only requirement for BipperKids to work (assuming you have a compatible phone) is that the phone can submit app reports via data or SMS.
