If you upgrade to BIpperKids' Contact Control service, you have two options:
1) Setup an Allowed Contacts list
2) Setup a Blocked Contacts list
It is only possible to activate one of these two lists.
Allowed Contacts:
If you want your child to only be able to communicate with a set of pre-defined contacts, this is the choice for you. This includes incoming and outgoing calls, SMS and MMS. You need to list each phone number in the online portal and synchronize the list with the app. If you want to add additional contacts to the list, you need to add these new phone numbers to the Allowed Contacts list in the online portal and synchronize them with the app.
The
Note that you don't have to include emergency numbers on this list as they are automatically included for your child's safety.
Blocked Contacts:
If you want to block certain phone numbers from communicating with your child, you define these numbers in the Blocked Contacts list and synchronize the list with the app. Any call or message to or from the blocked number will not go through.
