Here's how it works:
- A pre-requisite to getting the reports is that you have installed the BipperKids app on your child's mobile phone.
- Automatically, the app starts reporting all mobile phone activities to the BipperKids web portal. Reports are sent 1-2 times per day, so this is not a real-time tracking service. Statistics are reported on who, how much and when your child has communicated with others by calls, SMS, and MMS, how much data has been used, which apps have been downloaded and used, safety alarm used, and locations made. If the phone is turned off or out of coverage there may be delays in getting the reports to the BipperKids portal.
- After you log into the BipperKids portal (https://kids.bipper.com), click on 'Reports' to see the summary report page for your child. Click on any alert or on the arrows to get to more detailed reporting pages.
- You can customize the period you want to get data for in the date fields on top of the page.
- If you want more detailed data, for example you want to know which contacts your child has sent and received messages from, you need to upgrade to the Contact Control service. This is easily done by clicking on the Upgrade button on any of the Contact Control service pages or in the subscription overview in 'My account'.
The BipperKids portal sends out a friendly email reminder once a week to make sure you check out the online reports. Of course, you can login at any time and look at the reports if you want.
